Software Engineer

Ricardo Verdeguer Moreno is a Software Engineer working on Connected Autonomous Vehicles Testing and Development at Spirent. Born to be an Aerospace Engineer, he graduated with honours from Cranfield University with an MSc in Autonomous Vehicle Dynamics and Control. Regional winner of the European Satellite Navigation Competition in 2016 (GSA) and the best business leader communicator in 2017 (Ernst & Young), Ricardo aims to broaden his horizons and “drive” Spirent’s success in the Autonomous Vehicle industry.

Steve Hickling
Steve Hickling
Marketing Director

Steve has a background in Engineering and Marketing and has been at Spirent over ten years. He is currently the Marketing Director for Spirent's positioning line of business based in the UK. He holds a joint honours degree in Electronics and Physics (BSc) from the University of Birmingham, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University Business School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Oxford College of Marketing and is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Prior to his current role Steve has led the Military products group and managed the Tailored Solutions activity at Spirent. Previous employers include Nortel, Raytheon and Plessey where Steve held technical R&D roles. Steve holds a pilot’s licence and his special areas of interest are uses of simulation to develop emerging technology and aviation.
