Jim has more than 25 years in global operations and engineering leadership roles and a track record for enabling scalable, measurable, and profitable businesses. Known as a change agent, he is particularly strong in championing business transformations to produce greater efficiencies, reduce costs, and create best-in-class operations worldwide. Before joining Spirent, Jim held engineering, operations management, sourcing, and leadership positions at AT&T, Lucent and Alcatel-Lucent. Jim has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics.
