Dr Dean Kemp brings over 25 years of academic, industrial, and commercial experience in engineering products and services. Much of his career has focused on antenna design and development, with a particular emphasis on controlled reception pattern antennas (CRPAs) for GPS anti-jam systems. As Senior Manager PNT Solutions, Dean leads the development of advanced test solutions tailored to complex PNT challenges, helping organisations across defence and civilian sectors strengthen the resilience of their Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) systems.
