Martin Foulger is the General Manager of Spirent’s Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) Division, a position he has held since 2003. A qualified accountant, Martin held various financial and commercial management positions in leading global technology companies before joining Spirent from Invensys plc.

Spirent’s PNT Division is the acknowledged world-leader in PNT test solutions, for applications ranging from space vehicle navigation to location enablement in wearables. Martin is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation and is a member of Council.
