Balaji Ratakonda is Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Spirent Communications, and is responsible for planning and managing in-organic growth initiatives, executing M&A transactions, and driving cross-business unit strategic growth initiatives.  Balaji has more than 20 years of experience in telecom, enterprise and cyber security markets. 

Before joining Spirent, he was director of corporate development at NetScout Systems and prior to that, he held strategic business development roles within Danaher Corporation.

Balaji received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
