Prior to joining Spirent, Rick worked for Motorola, Tellabs, Panasonic and Cisco Systems where he led teams in the development and testing of telecommunications, wireless, and networking products. Rick holds B.S and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Missouri Institute of Science and Technology as well as an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
