Help Sheet: Repeatability Test Using GSS6400 RPS (Static GPS Signals)
The third in a series of Spirent Help Sheets, containing hints and tips for using Spirent’s GSS6400 Record Playback Systems for GPS and/or GLONASS signals.
This Help Sheet explains how you can accurately replay the same static GPS signals in the lab for controlled, accurate testing of GNSS receiver equipment. Enter your details to download it.

Test nullethonull
In this test a GPS antenna was used with a snullitternullto snulllt the signal

This method ensures that the GPS receiver and the GSS6400 receive enullctly the
same signal. The nullst direction was to an attached GPS receiver that calculated
the nullsitions and nullotted the nullsitions on the screen. The second direction was
to a GSS6400 RPS (GPS only) which recorded the data.
The antenna had a good view onullthe snullnulland the test lasted null minutes.
