Spirent's Half-day seminars will help you ...
- Increase your knowledge of GNSS impairments and vulnerabilities
- Understand the considerations and benefits of adopting additional constellations such as BeiDou
- Learn about the latest GNSS test solutions and how to develop robust test plans for your GNSS location-based device/application
The world of GNSS continues to develop, and 2013, we see a new dimension emerging: the release of the Interface Control Document (ICD) for the Chinese BeiDou Navigation Systems, BeiDou-2 and its mandated use in several public and commercial application in China. This means that GNSS chipset providers are accelerating their BeiDou development programmes in order to ensure their customers can adopt the technology necessary to continue selling product destined for use in China and around the world.
The addition of BeiDou-2 to a rapidly growing Multi-GNSS family of constellations and its mandated use in several public and commercial applications in China means that GNSS chipset providers need to accelerate their BeiDou development programmes, so that their customers can adopt the technology necessary to continue selling products destined for use in China and around the world.
As was the case with GPS, then Glonass and will be with BeiDou and Galileo, there is a real need to understand these benefit s and challenges and ensure proper testing is carried out—at all stages of a product’s development and production.
With nearly 30 years in the GNSS test arena, Spirent is the world leader in providing GNSS test solutions, services and expertise.
Spirent is running a series of half-day seminars in the APAC region to help designers, integrators and testers of GNSS location-enabled systems, devices and services understand the topics mentioned above and to provide expert advice on test methods and solutions.
