Todd Law is the Vice-President of NTAF and a senior product manager at Spirent. Dr. Todd Law's professional experience includes over 18 years in the networking industry, with leading employers such as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Nortel Networks, and most recently Spirent Communications. Network test has been his focus for the past 16 years, and he has specialized in automation aspects of network test for the past seven years. During that time, he has driven automation strategies that span from traditional script-based techniques, to next-generation automation tools which bring orders of magnitude in automation efficiency. For the past two years, Dr. Law has also been instrumental in the formation and development of the Network Test Automation Forum, or NTAF, whose mission is to standardize the mechanism by which various test solutions communicate with one another.
I’m looking forward to the NGN Delivery Solutions 2012 event which will be held November 27-28 in London. Since Network Automation is one of the themes of this year’s event, it’s definitely a good fit for NTAF. In addition to co-sponsoring the event, along with the MEF, NTAF will be well represented in person by its President, Keith Kidd, and by its Marketing Vice Chair, Ameya Barve, both of whom will be speakers.
