What equipment was used to execute the world's largest 10G Ethernet port test? — Spirent TestCenter!
In this largest-ever test utilizing 1,536 10G Ethernet ports, Spirent TestCenter validated Juniper Networks QFabric System.
This test is 4-times the size of the previous largest test conducted in 2010—also executed with Spirent TestCenter. And it sets a new standard for companies looking to demonstrate the Scalability and Performance of data center solutions.
Network Test, an independent third-party test lab, tested the Juniper QFabric solution in a full mesh pattern to create the most stressful test case of its kind ever implemented, with Terabits of traffic per second.
The test of QFabric included:
- Layer 2 throughput
- Forwarding delay
- Average latency for Layer 3 traffic
- Multicast throughput
- Multicast average latency
